Everwilde Farm: Full project and cost management
Appointed as Client Project Manager we worked closely with the homeowners and design teams during the sensitive redevelopment of seven agricultural barns into a high-quality family residential estate in the Cotswolds.
Strategic direction and detailed costing oversight
Our involvement commenced at pre-construction design development providing strategic oversight and coordination between client, consultants, and specialists to ensure the emerging proposals balanced design quality, planning considerations, and buildability.
We prepared early indication budgets, cost benchmarking, and cashflow projections to inform decision-making and establish clear financial parameters.
Project management across all phases
A key aspect of our role has been the phasing strategy, carefully sequencing works to manage risk, maintain flexibility, and align delivery with the client’s priorities. We led the preparation and appointment of the main contractor for the first phase, managing procurement, tender evaluation, short-listing and contract formation. As the project moves through three first phases, we’re continuing this process to ensure best fit and value for money.
We continue to provide ongoing client representation, programme coordination, and commercial oversight to support a successful and controlled delivery of this complex rural residential redevelopment.
